This session will give you some exciting insight into the approach, the planning, the implementation and the sustainability. The Zero Defect Program addresses many quality improvement aspects within manufacturing, like development and implementation of robust production processes but also failure prevention during processes. It also addresses general aspects like consistent target management. Maybe the most important success factor is the global approach to significantly increase the quality qualification and quality mindset of associates.
During this session you will get inspired by the many ideas and concepts within this Program and you will hear about individual success stories since the Program has been established.
